As we enter into 2022, we want to take a moment to look back over the past 22 months and recognize the tremendous amount of growth and change that has been required of us as a community and as individuals. Our world has been turned upside down and surviving such rapid and immeasurable change has been transformative for us all.
As human beings and as a small business, we have learned the significance of human connection and community. We have been humbled by the importance of agility and resilience in the face of uncertainty. We have constantly shifted, adjusted, and re-adjusted since 2020.
