After sharing our unique need to extend production turn times due to the influx of orders surrounding our recent price increase, we received an outpouring of interest and support. We are filled with gratitude knowing that because of your participation in this extended production time opportunity, we are now able to maintain a healthy and sustainable workload for our team, all while producing the same level of craftsmanship we pride ourselves on.
With this in mind, we would also like to announce that all extended production time slots have been filled. We are deeply appreciative of our True Gem Community and those who reached out to us in support of this opportunity. We are deeply grateful for your gracious response to our recent price increase! Many of you successfully placed orders before our price increase took effect this past Monday. We are astonished at the sheer number of new orders and the optimism that you all have shown us during this time.
However, this unique situation has created the need for us to push out the production promise dates. This is to ensure our jewelers have enough time to produce your orders without compromising the integrity of our craftsmanship or exerting our team beyond what is sustainable.
For this reason, we are offering a discount to those of you who placed an order between the dates of June 14th through June 22nd. In exchange for offering your original promised date to another couple hoping to propose or get engaged within this timeframe, we will refund 10% of your purchase. If you are eligible, we will reassign and extend your promised date by two weeks and gift your original date to another hopeful couple. We love our True Gem Community and appreciate your willingness to come through for each other! Additionally, to allow our team members adequate time to come through for our community, beginning June 23rd, we will be temporarily extending promised dates on all new orders by one week. As soon as our team has caught up, we will re-establish our original production times. Thank you to our entire True Gem Community for your continued support and belief in this little team of ours.
