We are excited to announce that production turn times on all True Gem designs are decreasing! Our team has worked diligently to put measures in place to ensure lesser turn times, and in spite of the complications brought on due to COVID-19, we are finally here. We would like to do all we can to ensure you receive your jewelry in time for that special occasion, but please know it is still important to plan ahead and take into consideration when your purchase will be needed by.
These production turn times can also be found when placing a piece of jewelry into your cart. There are exceptions to these turn times, such as center stone availability and modifications. Exceptions regarding center stone availability can be found by visiting the product listing.
