Beginning Friday, September 4th and lasting through Monday, September 7th, our office will be closed as we allow our team a long weekend to rest and recuperate.
This year has brought a tremendous amount of challenges which has made us all the more grateful for our True Gem community and family. It is clear that the success and future of our business is sustained with the trust of our clients and with our team’s ability and willingness to adapt. Over the past six months, our True Gem family has without question worked long hours, more than what is sustainable, to adapt and overcome since COVID-19 emerged. As we near the fourth and final quarter of such an unprecedented year, we are grateful to have this opportunity to rest before heading into the busy holiday season.
Client production timelines will remain unaffected by our temporary office closure, however, please note that we will not be available to answer phone calls or emails 9/4 through 9/7. Regular office hours and operations will resume Tuesday, September 8th, and at that time, we will begin returning emails and phone calls in the order in which they were received.
