We are thrilled to announce some very exciting news! As of Monday, March 15th we will reopen The True Gem studio for in-house appointments with a strategic plan in place to slowly and safely begin working with our clients in person once again. Although the Texas government has recently eliminated mask requirements and capacity limits, we will continue to follow CDC’s recommendations of wearing masks and social distancing. We will respectfully require that our team and clients follow these protocols as well when visiting The True Gem.

The first step in reopening is to ensure all clients on our in-person waitlist have been contacted and scheduled. Our team will begin making calls today to those who have previously enrolled in our in-person waitlist. From March 15th through March 27th we will be dedicating our appointment availability solely to those enrolled in our in-person waitlist.
*New, in-person appointments will not be accepted until March 29th to allow our team adequate time to first assist our waitlist clients.
If our upstairs lobby is full we may ask that you wait for your appointment downstairs or in a designated area while we prepare, and we will contact you when it is your turn. Showroom tables will be significantly spaced apart, and appointment timeslots will be scheduled in two-hour intervals. Spacing out the showroom tables and extending appointment timeslots will allow our team adequate time to sanitize communal spaces and jewelry between appointments as well as continue social distancing separate client parties.
We will continue to offer curbside pick-up and drop-offs in the downstairs lobby. If you are scheduled to pick up or drop off your purchase, please call to let us know what time you are coming so we can be prepared to meet you downstairs.
Masks must be CDC-approved and properly worn by both our team and clients for the duration of your visit. Our Design Consultants will be wearing masks during the appointment, and we will have medical masks available for you to wear if you do not bring one of your own. There will also be hand sanitizer in the lobby and on all of our showroom tables. Stringent cleaning procedures are in place to be performed by our team both before and after every appointment including sanitizing communal spaces, surfaces such as showroom tables and front desk areas, and all jewelry.
Our team is required to participate in temperature checks each morning and we will also temperature check clients as they arrive for their appointments. We respectfully require that our team and clients stay home if they feel sick or have potentially been exposed.
*In the event we experience a positive COVID test The True Gem will close to the public for 72 hours, scale back to our “skeleton crew” and use specialized cleaning equipment to sanitize the entire space.
